Posts from = Small mods that change the visuals =
Gentlemen, sorry for asking here, but does anyone have a mod that replaces zombies with mummies? Everywhere I look, the links are dead...

Thank you very much!
A long time ago, I saw a mod for armored units without plumes.
And in general, I would like to know where I can find an up-to-date mod catalog. In particular, I would like to see mods that would make small visual changes to creatures (like the aforementioned armored units, paladins, and mountain guards), without completely changing them, but making their appearance a little less exaggeratedly fantastical.
Our respected colleague, footman, made such a mod, but he seems to have cleared his Yandex Disk, and now it's difficult to find his mods.
There is such a swordsman in the NVS mod, but there is a lot of other stuff there. The author of the mod lives in VK; you need to knock on the group first (screenshot from there).
I don't think there's a mod like that; it was a change to the appearance of swordsmen, not armored units, like for an alpha version of the game.

There's a swordsman like that in the NVS mod, but it includes a lot of other things. The mod author is active on VK; you need to join the group first (screenshot from there).
Thank you, that's quite close to what I remember. Except for the color palette.
NVS is interesting, but I'd like to see more examples from the game.
And I assume there's no longer an active topic/catalog on the forum?

NVS is an interesting thing, but I'd like to see more examples from the game.
And I understand that there isn't any current topic-catalog anymore on the forum?

The group has been open for a while now, my friend. So you can join without knocking. 😄
Yeah, I used to catalog Durman's mods, but I haven't seen him around for a long time.
By the way, I remember you had a great mod with unique models for the dwarven heroes. Have you done anything similar lately?
I haven't made any more mods for simple factions ((( I spent a long time working on neutral creatures for NCF, and then I decided that I wanted to play with my own units and switched to RTF, where all the heroes of the cultist city have their own models.
And here is a mini-mod for a knight hero, so that the effect is yellow instead of blue: /topic/at/1232757/

To be fair, there's an alternative mod that features unique models for heroes of all 8 races: /topic/14902/
However, nothing prevents you from combining this mod with the work of fktifzobr.

To open the "save game" window using the 'F6' key, navigate to: Computer/Local Disk C/Users/username/My Documents/My Games/Heroes of Might and Magic V — Tribes of the East/Profiles/Profile Name/input_a2.cfg. In the input_a2.cfg file, find // combat - fight mode and add the line bind input_Combat_save 'F6'
The initiative bar has been slightly reworked and increased to 15 and 20 containers. The rune bar is hidden for non-dwarves. The battle predictor and log are different. The buttons for scrolling through creatures on the bar have been changed and moved. The jog dial is different, and there are now two of them (under the combat buttons). The icons for the disabled (Flee, Special, StartCombat, and Wait) buttons were created by desaturating their normal counterparts, and the disabled NextCreature icon was taken from the original. The creature bar on the deployment screen has been reworked. The color divisions on the bar under the creatures have rounded edges. The highlighting of creatures on the bar is "clean." The icons for the Blood Wrath levels have been reworked from the most accurate blood droplet. The semi-transparent green frame of the creature's movement area, which intersects with the enemy creature's movement area, has become semi-transparent red (the semi-transparent gray background remains the same). The standard set: the font for inactive spells in the spellbook and detailed damage information... it will die... counter-attack: yes/no. In the battle replay viewing screen and video editor (screenshots 4 and 5), the jog dial has been changed, and the bar has been increased from 8 to 10 containers (the video editor bar has been increased to match combat2). The icon for LoadReplay in the video editor is from the internet, but with my changes. Everything else is not included in the mods and is loaded from the game files. The interface in the battle replay viewing screen is made more transparent compared to the game itself. I don't know why this is. Below are screenshots of Combat2_HD.

I found the mod. But I encountered a problem: in the "An Eye for an Eye" mission, the objectives and tasks no longer appear, and the prophet's hut also stopped working.
