P.J Harvey (Official HD Video) — 6 "la la la la" doesn't make a song cheerful, and I'm giving it this rating because I have this song (maybe not just this one), so it evokes some sympathy, but overall it's not suitable for the contest. And in general, it would have been better to submit the General Lee advertisement by Johnny Cash. -1

Heartbreaker - 4 The beginning sounded like a cool and well-known track (you know), but unfortunately, it's something unfamiliar and generally mediocre. And I didn't hear any fun in it.

Breakaway - I'm Feeling Dead - I had some approximate ratings in mind, considering the genre, but it reminded me too much of something else. Although there were other options (3), which would probably have received similar ratings, and some of them are similar to Moscow, which wasn't particularly well-received at the time. At least it reminded me of pop-punk. The main competitor was this one, because it's relatively new (I suddenly realized that there aren't many cheerful songs lately), and I didn't submit a Russian song. The rest, I was just too lazy to remember, and there weren't many similar tracks in my list. Maybe next time I'll submit something from the two remaining options, if new ones don't appear...


Rabi-Ribi 5th Anniversary Orchestra Arrangement — 6 I wouldn't say it's cheerful, but it's pleasant. It reminded me of Zelda, where there are actually a couple of cheerful motifs that would fit here.

I'd like to conclude by saying that it's not necessary to 100% match the title of the contest, considering that not everyone does it, and in some cases, it's even a plus, because the result could have been worse than it actually is. Maybe in this case, it would have been worth doing the same.
