There really isn't much time, but you don't need a lot of time to get a decent result – the map is quite easy.
P.S. If the map were difficult, Qwerty probably wouldn't have been able to complete it with the approach he described.

And on this map, you can't really replay it many times...:D I also completed it... - the result is, as always :D, and skeletons really are powerful...:).

Unfortunately, I came across an interesting tactical idea. I ran a series of "virtual games" (from memory, simulating the game in my head while walking, traveling, etc.), and it might actually work. The idea is interesting, but then I would have to replay the whole thing. Maybe the result will be a little better...

I'm not very good at collecting skeletons; I completed the map in one go, just like Mr. Qwerty. I hardly used any preliminary scouting, and that's why I only learned the map's intricacies (some, not all) towards the end of the game. Perhaps I'll have time to replay it, but in any case, I have something to submit (meaning, a save file with 2000 skeletons). Therefore, I request that you register me for the tournament. ;)

1. In case of "strange occurrences" that clearly contradict all your experience and knowledge, be sure to save the game BEFORE these strange events. It is not necessary to discuss this before the end of the tournament (this will be an indirect discussion), but after the results are announced, we will try to figure it out - perhaps there are nuances that have not been identified before.
2. Be sure to save the game at the end of the seventh day of each week and at the beginning of the first day of each week. For this tournament, week "+5" and, moreover, a month of some monster may play a very important role. I remind you that using this trick is strictly prohibited!

Personally, I don't have the opportunity to replay, meaning no matter how hard I try, it's always the same, although in my example, everything is fine (it's like a "badger week" or something), but what if someone else has the same problem, but it's already +5 for a specific monster?

Yes, I had that problem. I got a week with +5 to Halflings. I solved the problem very simply – after that week, I didn't attack ANY unit containing Halflings.
I'll try to do something about it...

Anyway, I've already learned to save the game a couple of times a day, so I always have enough saves – but how will I notice these strange moments if they are supposedly new to me?
You can forget some minor details/nuances, but how can you discover something new?
P.S. I haven't had any problems with the weekly monster events.
