Hello. You need to defeat the Crystal Dragons near the Dragon Utopia and capture a useful artifact there for faster movement. Then you will find the king.

Use Prospector. Currently, it can analyze not only the starting save file but any save file (although the accuracy of the data is not guaranteed in the latter case). In any case, I would start by figuring out: where the Vulnerability Medal was located at the very beginning (if you saved the starting save file).
