Shino returns to Britta with a newspaper in her hands.
New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
Well, if everyone else is going, I'll join too. I don't want you guys to be the only ones getting 1,000,000 experience for the golem.

Will A Veserod unite with Shino? 😌
Here. I agree with the thoughts on the composition.
You have six extra zeros.

Knowing Shino, she would have returned with the newspaper in her teeth.
- Before we begin, I have a question. Do you want to read everything that is written here? Or perhaps you would prefer not to know about certain things?
— Read everything. I don't know much about the world anyway.
Look, Gulveig will also be tanking, and a golem will come along and hit her so hard that her breastplate breaks and her clothes tear in the most interesting places for Anders. Are you sure he wants to miss that?
So, we have: Rohey, Gulveig, Kalentia, Veserod, Shino, Dubinkin, and possibly Anders and Anselm with Renold. That's 6-9 units in total. If Veserod takes the leadership role, he won't use up any unit slots, but he might get a buff. Regarding pairings: Vengeance doesn't seem like the most useful option in this battle.
Gulveig and Kalentia form a praying duo, supporting each other, as seen in this video.
I would advise Anselm to pray (but Aretz will probably choose that anyway, as it's supportive and role-playing oriented) for Rohey, if he's going to be the third tank, and his ability works well with prayer.
Shino will likely motivate someone; I don't see any other options for her. She probably won't have many choices besides Veserod.
Anders and Daniel can be a strike duo. Alternatively, Daniel could try taking Vengeance and applying it to Rohey, while Rohey buffs him in return. This would be a more damage-focused strategy. Anselm would then have to pray for Shino. Anders' targets would then be limited to Anselm and Renold, who wouldn't benefit much from unity buffs in this battle.
I'm not sure what Renold will be doing, as sending him into melee against the golem is very risky. He could stand back and observe, then drag our corpses away. Or, if the player wants, he could run into melee and provide a minor DPS boost.
I'm already on my way.
Shino will motivate (I don't see any other options for her) someone, I guess she doesn't have anyone else left except Veserod.
— Oh, these "chronic" sycophants... — Britta said, shaking her head, when Shino finished reading. — Do you agree?
