Well, I might have used OD at some point then, actually.
But it wouldn't have helped. He still had one heal left. So you'd have hit him twice with OD. And he'd have healed up...

So I could time it so that after he healed, he had low health, then hit him twice and maybe a stun would proc, and finish him off with the third hit. Who knows? Or not waste turns on the spider.
and also, after each hit, I could run six tiles away from him

He healed immediately as soon as his HP dropped below 100. "Timing it" wouldn't have worked here...

Since when can you move after an attack? I don't recall that... And the fact that you could run back to heal, I accounted for that. It still comes out to 20 turns.

Update to the script for the fight with Zed: if the spirit drops to ten, instead of sword attacks I run back and throw daggers. A safety measure that will hardly do anything, but you never know.
Has Arc's paralysis never procced against a player? Sorry if I'm butting in, just curious.
and Arz's paralysis never procced against that guy? sorry if I'm butting in, just curious

What's wrong with me today, huh? Everything was fine... The spider's death must have taken a toll.
And no one even noticed right away... I always write + or - if some effect is supposed to happen...
I guess I'll have to leave it as is and count the victory for Arandor... With paralysis, Zediil really had much less of a chance there...
Sorry for the screw-up.
Revan, make a decision: do we leave the victory to Arandor or recalculate the entire fight from scratch...

"What was that?" thought one of the judge's friends...
"Wow... What a spectacular show! Oh, wait, are we at a Knight tournament right now? Or not?" thought the judge's second friend.

"— ...There is but a gram more valor in that triumph than in the arrows flying from another hall as retribution. If milady harbors resentment in her heart, I offer my apologies, but I am deservedly ready to become the target of that emotion. I have no excuses in terms of a weak-willed physique or a treacherous fighting style." — the lunar one bowed apologetically to her opponent.

Arandor, at this point you can basically use a precise attack and finish him off, removing all doubts... Is that okay?
