August 19 at 15:25, the long-awaited Russian version of patch 3.01 for Heroes of Might and Magic 5: "Tribes of the East" appeared on the official UbiSoft FTP. In the official ReadMe.txt that comes with the patch, the patch is, as usual, specified as 3.1, and that is what we will call it.
This update includes technical innovations such as support for windowed mode and support for widescreen resolutions (including HDTV). The remaining innovations affected random maps and duels. But in addition to the innovations, the patch contains a huge number of bug fixes, which it makes no sense to list, but those who wish to familiarize themselves with them can do so using the same ReadMe.txt.
