Truly, the magnificent patch 1.6 for King’s Bounty: The Legend became available yesterday on the official game forum. The main advantage of this patch is that it includes changes from all previous patches and takes up only 5.5MB (as a reminder, patch 1.5 took up 24MB). It is also worth noting that after installing this patch, you will no longer have to bother with the DVD disc and drive to read it during the game, since the game is now no longer tied to the disc. In addition, the patch contains more fixes, improvements, and additions (you can find them on the patch download page).
Unfortunately, for owners of some models of video cards from ATI, the problems with rendering water have not yet been fixed, but the developers promise to fix this problem in patch 1.6.1, which will probably appear in the near future.
