Wouldn't it be easier to keep a record of all players' ICQ numbers and create a group? That way, there would be no limit, you could see who is online, and there would be no need for all this hassle of creating multiple networks in Hamachi?

Actually, it's not easier, and it even becomes more cumbersome over time. I already have about 15 Heroes 3 players in my ICQ. Not only does it clutter up ICQ, but secondly (the main drawback): just because a player is in ICQ doesn't mean they're ready to play. But if a player joins a Hamachi network, they're definitely playing or about to play.
Therefore, due to the limitations of the basic version of Hamachi on the number of players in a network, the idea of creating a dynamic hmmvvv4 network arose. The idea is that a player who actually wants to play Heroes 3 over Hamachi or is already playing joins this network, meaning they are in an active state. After a player decides to take a break or stop playing altogether, they must leave this network and free up a spot.
The goal of this idea is to have 15 active players simultaneously.
If a player is inactive and occupies a spot in this network, I will, as much as possible, remove such players from the network. The next time, this player will be able to join again, but their spot will be freed up during their period of inactivity.
