Today, I'm not in the mood to bash everything with harsh criticism, so I'll try not to give too many low scores (written before starting the listening session). So, I grab my new headphones and start testing them for the contest. And, as usual, the scores and unnecessary comments will be given immediately after listening, based on the impression formed here and now, so the probability of subsequent edits will be extremely low, even lower than in previous years.

The U.S.S. Make Sh*t Up by Aurelio Voltaire (BiTrektual Version) OFFICIAL — 5, a funny track.

Remember Your Name – The nightingale has a good song (lyrics by Sergey Esenin) — 4, I love songs in my native language, especially when sung by girls, especially with wailing. (well, it could have been worse)

The Guest - Soundtrack 3 (Annie - Anthonio) — 6, well, not really, but compared to the boring previous one, I added an extra point for being more appealing and dynamic.

Dorohedoro Ending 3 Full - (K)NoW_NAME『D.D.D.D. 』— 5, also better and more energetic than the third song, which caused the previous track to get an extra point.

The Dø - Anita No! (Live at l’Olympia, Paris) — 5, not really, but the live sound and the track are also better than the third one, which I'm simply too sorry to rate lower, because I don't think that track is completely awful.

FAUN "Tanz mit mir" (Duett mit Santiano) [Teaser | HD] — 7, energetic and even a little sad that it's so short. By the way, this one with the female vocals is the best so far, so I added an extra point for it.

Santiano - Gott muss ein Seemann sein (Official Video) — 9, I love men who sing well in foreign languages. I had to add one point because I think it's a worthy competitor to my nostalgic favorite.

Kovacs - The Devil You Know (Official Video) — 4, completely misses my preferences, I couldn't even find anything to give it a higher score for (I would say, I've already inflated the score, like with that "Ushankochka").

That's it, I'm done. By the way, the headphones are good.

If it makes you feel better, the problem lies mostly in the vocals and performance style, not in the Russian language.

it's just that domestic artists rarely excel in music and creating interesting melodies (although this might not be the case here, if I understand correctly where the song comes from).

Actually, the melody itself is quite tolerable; the problem lies in the monotonous vocals, which, subjectively, I find very unpleasant.

Yes, I remember one of my first maps; it had a nice selection of creatures.

I always find it enjoyable. Once a year is enough to keep it interesting and allow us to focus on something unique for our community:cool:
