Posts from Random Map Generation
I'll download and check it out by the weekend.
Downloaded: one quick note: why did you forget to write a biography for your hero?
Everything else is great: good design, events, prologue, story. Let's play and evaluate.
I've finished my second map. It might be a bit rough around the edges.
The map is small and a bit unconventional, as it doesn't have any towns. Instead of towns, the map has a camp with dwellings of level 1, a forge, a wheel of experience, a gold mine, a stable, and everything else needed to supply an army.
Victory is achieved when you pass through the enemy garrison.
P.S.: I've re-uploaded the map because there were bugs that I didn't encounter during the first playthrough.
P.P.S.: I apologize profusely: I've re-uploaded the map again, but this time it's the final version.
The main drawback is that the balance is practically non-existent: it is almost impossible to complete it with any faction other than Barbarian. What's the point of having a choice of factions then? There are few dwellings, and the enemies are strong. It's difficult to play.
No glitches were noted.
Also, I decided to share another map that isn't mine. It's an RPG map. Quite interesting. The scripts are very complex. It's called "Town of sports and games".
Brackman, wouldn't you like to write a script for our campaign?
By the way: I'll tell you right away - there will be one surprise...
