Posts from A map was found in data.pak. How can I play it?

I found a map in the map editor located at Maps/Scenario/A2C0M1, titled "TODO: A2C0M1" and with the description "This story will tell you how orcs appeared..." It contains 500 lines of scripts. You can find all the missions from the Tribes of the East campaign in the same directory. Has anyone else seen this, and is it possible to play it?
