In the CIS quarterfinals in Tbilisi, Dave won against Reddi thanks to morale in the first round for the main stack, the probability of which was lower than that resistance in 2018. Dave was indeed very close, but only close to the Grail.
The Grail was buried right at the entrance to Dave's starting town, just one step away.
And the game ended with Reddy running across the entire map and starting to dig up the Grail right under Dave's nose; he was just one dig away when the final turn occurred.
So, resistance had nothing to do with it here.

It turned out that the final of the main Heroes tournament was a competitive match :D

The topic is certainly interesting, but first, it would be good to announce the nominees and their achievements over the year. Especially for those who follow the tournament scene intermittently. It would definitely be possible to compile statistics from 20-30 significant tournaments this year in one post and the results of the contenders for the title in them.
