I think we misunderstood each other. I'm not against the concept of gratitude at all; I was just saying that I didn't understand the phrase "I have to pay." Now, it seems I understand that you delegated the development to someone for a fee, but you were still creating the product for the people. In this case, everything is absolutely fair: there are workarounds, so there should also be some income to at least cover the expenses (you're not planning to make money from this, are you? :)

Well, then I would like to know the estimated costs for implementing SoD support, to understand the scale of the problem.
