Lekh, you have an overlap with Lizard there; I've tentatively moved you to 7.9, however, as a reminder for everyone, booking without prepayment is impossible (the most I can do is hold your option reserved for you for a week, then it will become available again) This is not the organizers' whim—it is a necessary measure, as at the end of November we must pay a 300k deposit for the base to keep it for us, so please do not be offended by the organizing committee regarding the booking conditions, and if possible, send prepayment amounts higher than the minimum 5k (or at least that amount)

An unforeseen event has interfered with the organization of the CIS tournament. Our financial director for the event, Misha Osfaraon, has resigned and will likely be absent from this event, making the issue of prepayment for the venue very problematic. I was counting on Misha to cover the missing amount, and I, in turn, would collect payments from participants/viewers and return the money to him, but things didn't work out as planned.
I would greatly appreciate it if those who have not yet made a full prepayment and have the opportunity to do so (or at least contribute some amount) could do so. This would be a great help because it will be extremely difficult for me to raise the missing amount in such a short period of time.
And if, unlikely, but still, someone can simply lend a significant amount (I will return it immediately after I receive the contributions; it is unlikely to take long), please write to me on ICQ/private message/WhatsApp.
