Don't worry, Siever, there's not long left until you turn 30.

Небо – ведёт особый счёт
Небо – тебя найдёт

The Sky
But now you have a solid excuse. I, for example, recently had a sharp pain in my lower back. I went to the doctor yesterday. Oh, and you can't lift more than 5 kg, and you can't do this exercise either, and that one too... Do this, go to the pool, and here's a prescription for injections, pills, and vitamins... I'm a little annoyed. Anyway, we're not dying in agony from cancer or some other crap, and that's something to be thankful for.
How is that? I have trouble bending over every two to three months, but it's okay, I take magnesium, spray some ointment, and I'm good to go – the iron ingots won't move themselves. And then they'll bring the porridge to the workshop, we'll be fed, and we'll put the rest in tobacco and smoke it.

Pose your riddles, autumn of northern melancholy.
I leaf through the days like notebooks, golden diaries.
Pose your riddles, autumn of pure rain.
I believe everything will be alright...
Всё не так плохо как Вы думаете. Всё намного хуже!
