Event schedule:
05/01/2019 - arrival and opening banquet. The cost is 2000 rubles and is paid separately.
05/02/2019 - draw and 1st round of games, in the evening a traditional poker tournament NL HL 1000 rubles with re-buys and add-ons.
05/03/2019 - 2nd round of games.
05/04/2019 - excursion to Kakheti* - This is one of the ancient regions of Georgia, *known for its winemaking* and kebabs, *ancient temples and interesting castles - 2700 rubles. This amount includes: transfer, excursion, lunch and dinner in nature.

05/06/2019 - 4th round of games, Final and match for 3rd place.
05/07/2019 - day of rest, walks and enjoying Tbilisi.

3. It is advisable to exchange a small amount of Lari at the airport and purchase a SIM card from a local mobile operator, and then choose either to buy only traffic or traffic + calls.
4. To get to the place of residence and the tournament, you need to take a taxi, the cost of a taxi is 20-25 Lari (500 rubles), but drivers at the airport ask for about 40-45 Lari, so I strongly recommend that everyone use Yandex Taxi, link a card and pay online, the rate is pleasant when paying online.

8. Answers to questions:
- Can I refuse meals? - no, it is not possible, the cost is calculated taking into account the rental of the entire room stock + meals and a conference room
- If I arrive earlier, should I go to the hotel or not? - there are different options, so contact me
- Should I bring a laptop? - if you have one, then definitely bring it, there is very little additional equipment at the moment
- Can I refuse the banquet and excursion? - yes, the banquet, excursion, poker tournament and other trips around the city and entertainment are up to you
- Will alcohol be included in the banquet? - yes, alcohol is included in the cost of 2000 rubles per person and it is not free, but purchased by the organizer Nika at the rate of 500 rubles per person.
- Can I pay less, I don't drink alcohol? - unfortunately, no, we buy centrally and in advance, so you cannot refuse, you can bring alcohol with you and take it home and give it to someone.
- I don't eat meat, can I have fish? - yes, you can, but you will have to pay extra for the fish, there will be vegetables, meat, a lot of flour and cheese on the tables at the banquet, fish is ordered separately, as are coffee and tea.
- What will be on the excursion? - the excursion will be a trip to Kakheti, where wine has been produced for centuries, there we can see the process of wine production, enjoy nature (mountains of indescribable beauty), after the main excursion we will have lunch - a banquet in the open air with wine, meat, greens, etc. (portions in Georgia are very large)
- How do they treat foreigners here? - I have not seen a more hospitable and friendly country (although I have been to many places), so there is nothing to worry about in this regard.
- Can I walk around and see interesting places? - yes, you can and even should, our hotel is located close to the center of Tbilisi (5 lari by taxi) and you can go for a walk whenever you want, there are many places to visit in Tbilisi itself, in my opinion, even 3 weeks would not be enough.
