Electric vs. Mariarty. Started well. I got lucky with the map; there were two Elven dwellings. I collected all the artifacts on the sea and relaxed. And then he came, or rather, sailed to me – Mariarty. First month, fourth week, fifth day. He took my lower castle, then the right one. I thought he was trapped, and I was going to take out his main hero there. Moreover, my stats were higher. But I didn't have enough money to buy out the entire army. I should have waited three days in my castle, and then I would have had dragons, but I rushed in like a bull at a red rag. And I lost. A well-deserved victory. I need to be calmer. Congratulations to Mariarty.

I'll start by saying that the map is inconvenient; at first, I even thought the game would last longer than a month, but it didn't. :)
Week 1 - Grand Elves + Stronghold
I captured 2 secondary castles - Inferno and Conflux. I didn't build anything else.
Week 2 - I captured the port, sent my second hero to sail (and discovered that Electric was already clearing the sea), and almost immediately sent my main hero after him. I captured a gold mine on the island.
I built a castle and a capitol (just because), and then sailed my main hero to collect sea treasures.
Week 3 - I got lucky; I received Navigation and upgraded it to Expert. I had a lot of money now. I also defeated an additional hero of my opponent.
Week 4
1.4.1 - I set up a chain to attack my opponent on 1.4.2, but I miscalculated a bit.
1.4.2-1.4.6 - I finally sailed to the Red player's island, captured both of his secondary castles (Stronghold and Conflux), and settled in the last one, building a Stronghold there. It was worth it, because Mephala immediately attacked me. But she had to retreat, losing most of her fifty elves. I went to finish off Electric near his main castle, but he surrendered because without Mephala's army, he would have been in a bad situation.
I must say that Electric developed better than me and opened the sea earlier, but he didn't take advantage of it...

This story began in our time and in our world. There was a girl named Nadya who lived on Basseynaya Street. And, as often happens in fairy tales, she was transported to another world, to a city of mages. The mages noticed her and predicted that she would become a great warrior, and they said that they were ready to take her to school and train her. Naturally, Nadya agreed. At the end of her training, Nadya was given the name Nila. During her training, she realized that it was the mages who had brought her to this world, and she decided not to help them in their quest to conquer the world, but to become the ruler of this world herself. And again, she was lucky. On her first expedition, she noticed a city where she could raise Black Dragons and captured it... but she didn't tell anyone what she had found, and she began to invest all her soul and all her money in this Castle. The mages noticed this late, and by the time they understood, it was too late. Nila was already unstoppable, and they had to submit! Nila quickly cleared the territory of bandits, and after one of the battles, a guardian angel came to her. He was a great diplomat. After that, almost all the troops began to join her, and her future became inevitably close. In the end, when 30 Black Dragon hatchlings (red) joined her, she already knew that she was the ruler!

Found two Elven castles and started building them. Ate his food, approached the Dragon Dais, returned for magic (resurrection), wanted to take the Dragon Dais, but the opponent was already nearby, and I had to attack.
Uran won.

Dear tournament participants, I noticed something here! Some people haven't joined the "Seasons" Hamachi network yet, and they can't get in because Hamachi says the "network is overloaded." Therefore, I suggest creating a second network for those who can't join the "Seasons" network to use. If we do that, the special password will be 123, but only those who can't join the "Seasons" network (and their opponents, of course) should use it. I think there aren't many of them left...

Apparently, you didn't read the thread about the previous "Best Hero" tournament, where the "best" hero behaved rather unpleasantly. Therefore, I insist that the games be played on the same network so that players, and especially I, have the opportunity to compare IPs. Unfortunately, the network has its limits, and those who couldn't join should use the network specified by Reper.

Yes. In general, there isn't much more to add. The opponent got lucky with 2 neutral Ramparts. Against them, my single Tower was, to put it mildly, a bit difficult (although in terms of stats I far outpaced him, for which I praise myself :D). But in my foolishness, I went to the center toward the Dragon Utopia with an army that was far from full and only half my mana. I should have just stayed quietly at home :) Waiting for Uran for tea :) But...
General result - a battle without a chance ;) Well - at least I enjoyed the game! :)

It so happened that I won on maps I didn't like, but lost on my favorite map :(, and got crushed at that. Overall, I played terribly, I don't even feel like uploading the saves.
The plan for the game was extremely simple: on day 121, take two rust dragons for 10 black knights, and on day 127 attack the enemy's castle while collecting all the artifacts along the way. But as usual :), I attacked them on day 122, and on top of that the 10 knights were still too much for young Tazar, so I fled after killing 8 out of 10. I immediately rebought, finished them off with gnolls and magic, and went to the center through the Phoenixes. There were two hydra dwellings on the central island. You'd think — what more could you need for complete happiness — 6 hydras per week :eek: . No, I was still set on a rush. Oh well. I greedily eat all the goodies across all three islands with five heroes, while Tazar continued along the planned route. On the lower island, I found a shield +4 to all skills. And imagine how you can throw away such a seemingly unwinnable setup. Well, I know how :D . On day 134, I killed 3 black dragons and didn't make it 5 tiles to Kyrre, whose eyes were popping out in surprise. He immediately fled, then took his rust dragons and attacked me. I had a shooter on day 120, but zero mana :) After trading troops (I lost almost all of mine, Kyrre only a part) and killing one dragon each, I cowardly fled.
After that, I took both hydra dwellings and went visiting again the next week. On day 147, I attacked Lopetos's castle. That was my cardinal mistake, which cost me the game :smile15: . In that battle, I traded 5 hydras, 1 rust dragon, and the rest of my army for 1 rust dragon and some minor troops of the opponent. I could have retreated earlier, but I wanted to finish off the dragon. I finished it off to my own detriment. After that, I saw that Kyrre already had gold dragons and I wasn't playing anymore, just going through the motions, especially after he took both hydra dwellings from me. Then the opponent finished off what I hadn't, specifically I left both Pandora's Boxes for experience. The finale was purely a formality. Mass Slow and shooting on the spot. The opponent had 7 gold dragons, 13 unicorns, and the rest of the army, while I had 9 plain hydras and some chaff. Stats by then were roughly equal.
Thanks for the game. It turned out to be a very dynamic game.
P.S. Just think what 24 hydras a month could have done, despite the opponent's better development. Eh :mad:
Reluctantly, I'm uploading the saves. I'm ashamed of such a game. But nevertheless, Lopetos played well and developed better. Congratulations! :smile49:
