No, actually, when I was really hungry, it seemed quite tasty. Now, just thinking about it makes me feel disgusted, of course.

Where do we go?
Where do we end up when we save the world?

He should probably ask for it again, and maybe even for something extra. We had pretty decent food in the school cafeteria. Considering it was a school cafeteria.

If you're not willing to be intimate with the woman you love, it means you don't really love her.

That's right, ordinary working-class people go to the nearest school near their place of residence, while privileged kids are driven to some elite gymnasium or lyceum, or just a better school.
5 minutes from home – that’s the deal.

Just a reminder, although veterans probably remember that I walked for those three minutes to the gymnasium. Although, considering the level of education in Russia, it's not such a big advantage.
The main thing is that the Americans lost. Their children spend three hours commuting in one direction in yellow buses on Alabama roads, vomiting into bags and catching phlegm from older students, while happy Soviet schoolchildren walk cheerfully through the frosty morning air to an institution within walking distance.
