I've already searched the entire forum for an answer to my question, but I only found this: /topic/2273/ And I didn't understand anything that was written there, except that I need to reinstall the game. I did that, and it didn't help...
Please explain what to do!
I have versions 1.5 and 2.1, and my system meets all the requirements listed (by the way, on the licensed DVD).

I have the same problem. Installing the patches didn't help. I think I need to replace my video card. For example, I have a 4MB card that is not supported.

try the 3D analyze program, in the second column, set TnL caps and RUN.

What is this, in which column? I didn't quite understand, to be honest.

Download the 3D Analyze program:

Run it. Select the Heroes executable file (it's located in the game's bin folder under the name H5_GAME.exe). You'll see three columns. In the second column, find the first option: emulate HW TnL Caps. Check the box. Click RUN and enjoy!

No... it didn't work... unfortunately.
