Pre-built decks are never surprising. I predictably enjoy the deck. Too bad the map is terrible.
And yes, Zoya blocks damage until your next turn, so the Disifter can at least re-disifter. By the way, I haven't played Disifter in a while. I should play it. Although, I don't have a Chimera like normal people, but a Flame-n-Glass...
If you have a couple of Genesis creatures, a Dahak, some Urds, and other powerful units available for the next turn – in other words, a guaranteed win – then even one Zoe is sufficient.
There are spells like Salamander, Evolve, and other stuff. I did it that way. Instead of Zoe, I could have used absolutely any random character with Storm.
A year later, the developers realized that their policy regarding expansion packs, legacy content, and nerfs had gone in the wrong direction, and finally created normal, viable pre-built decks, instead of ones that were outdated by half a year. I give them credit for that, but otherwise, I don't care – I've never used pre-built decks and don't plan to. Regarding the altars – I remember that in the previous pre-built deck, there weren't any at all? The cards in those decks were also terrible; apparently, no one bought them, and they hastily added more useful pre-built decks and even included some art. I hope they've learned their lesson, but I still don't care about the art any more than I care about the pre-built decks themselves. Creating (or adapting from existing assets) artwork for them is no trouble at all, which is clearly visible in the reprints, GP promos, and other things; donating money just to download another 20KB image for a bronze card in the client seems quite funny to me. I can't even be bothered to click a few times, open it, and look at it in the store.
Added 5 minutes later Today, I read someone's post about the new ranked cosmetic items: HAHAHA, DESPERATE ATTEMPTS TO SOMEHOW INCREASE THE PLAYER BASE IN THEIR TRASH GAME. Another negative thought, but it amused me, and I see no reason to disagree with it.
My overall attitude towards pre-built decks is quite similar – it's better to buy a Leader for that money than an alt-art for a single card and (possibly) a couple of missing legendaries. But since such a feature exists, it was interesting to take a look. The fact that they created an alt-art for basic cards initially seemed uninspiring, but on the other hand, it's kind of cool: the legendaries will leave the rotation, and many of the basic cards have already annoyed everyone by being played in almost every class deck (Oracle, Claw, Insight) and will continue to do so for a long time.
Yeah, I also don't mind that they put the altar on the base. Infinite value, like with Exella.
I was actually thinking about buying a sword build because of the nerfed cards, since I have some crystals in my account, but never mind. I'll just grind a bit instead.
I went to the unlimited mode to do daily tasks on the Dungeon faction. Does this mode even have any other factions besides Rune and Dungeon? The Grand Prix was much more diverse. It seems that because many people who usually don't play in unlimited mode started playing there, it became more varied.
Added 10 minutes ago By the way, just letting you know. Today, the last 50 crystals were spent on those two thousand for the daily deal pack. Not only did I not get Spinaria, but I didn't get a single legendary from 2,000 crystals – forty packs. And that's how it is. The theory that they tweaked the rates in the game continues to be confirmed for the second month after the addon's release.
