Recently, a friend and I came to the conclusion that the only times we experience positive emotions are when we eat delicious food. A few years ago, I would have considered this the height of vulgarity, but now, well, whatever. And guess what? Just a couple of days after that conversation, I started having stomach problems, so now I only eat purees and cereals, in small quantities.

I experienced something similar when I ate mostly meat and vegetables for an extended period (i.e., without any side dishes). I really focused on this diet, it tasted good, and my mood, as it seemed then, was noticeably better. But then the problems returned, along with the need for medication, etc.

And what are these vegetables, but not a side dish...?

Well, in this case, I'm using the term "side dish" to refer to things like grains, pasta, and potatoes (I don't eat potatoes myself, but they can also be used as an example; and I know it's a vegetable). And then there are the raw things I eat with it, like cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, carrots, etc. This, plus meat, equals a very good meal.

It’s good that I almost always eat sparingly and rarely eat meat, and never fried, so I’m not at risk of that. In fact, quite the opposite: after five days of rich meals with a lot of meat and the ability to wake up without an alarm clock, I felt much better, and my physical performance improved by about 20%, and my pull-ups increased by as much as 50%. And that’s considering almost daily indulgences. Of course, all of this disappeared in two or three days of normal life, unfortunately.

I can't imagine going more than a few days without soup. I mean, of course, I can, I can even live on buckwheat without meat, but soup is still a fundamental part of my daily diet.

You'll become like a "Heroes" player.
But in general, it's very sad, huh...

I don't know, I've never liked soups, and I regularly experience discomfort in my stomach after eating them. So, there are no advantages, only disadvantages.

And I started eating four times a day to recover ~~and become like Heroist~~. But I don't really feel any pleasure from the food.

Soups for the poor. You can do without them. Just drink a bit more water.

Yes, soups are a good thing. But when I just started cooking myself, I came to the conclusion that they are only good when prepared as a main and complete dish, and not as a random broth into which you can throw old meat and dried vegetables with potatoes, stir, cook, and then eat, washing it down with bread and citric acid to mask the taste.

Whatever

I started eating four times a day to gain weight.

I might be misunderstanding something about this topic, but it seemed to me that to gain weight, you should eat infrequently but in large portions. Personally, I've been eating at least four times a day for the last four years because it's not possible to eat large amounts of food at once.

Personally, to improve my health, I need to eat regularly in small portions, rather than overeating in one sitting. But I just tested this once and I know for sure.

I have the same body type as you, Nebok, and the same recommendations. Therefore, I'm also unlikely to gain weight, as I've been eating well and frequently, one or two times a day.
