I have absolutely no idea where such thoughts could have come from. I didn't say anything like that. On the contrary, I told Alex that it wasn't the worst idea. However, as I already wrote, I didn't have any particular ideas for the goals of the order itself. And no one suggested any. There were only phrases about the Grail, but such an order already exists in the canon.

I also considered the Visterians, but I couldn't come up with any compelling reasons for them to leave their homeland, especially to work as mercenaries. Perhaps some marginalized individuals or (former) slaves with damaged psyches.
We are guided by cold reason, not emotions. The successful completion of the mission has the highest priority.
The lives of the order members should have the highest priority; we need to be like a family or neighbors in a village. You could call it an Order of bros and their chicks. But actually, since there is Wolf, I had a thought to call it the Order of the Red Wolf (red - Heroist from the solar clan). Also, I think that in the quents you should describe relationships with other members, at least with some of them; I might even come up with nicknames for everyone
I decided that writing "you have no ideas" would be even more impolite.
Firstly, it's true. I've mentioned several times that I can't manage to create Knights. Secondly, it sounds more polite and justified than those empty assumptions. Thirdly, I could have just added nothing after "I'm not asking you to."
In any case, if anyone wants to develop a Knight faction (or simply be the head of the organization), I'll gladly give up my position. As I've already written, I'm not a fan of such responsibility. And it's also incredibly tiring.
