I don't argue, but now for some constructive criticism. Instead of a mage hero, Zephyr fits better; the Titans are not people, but statues in which a mage's soul has been placed; gargoyles simply fit the style of the castle better, because the buildings are square, so the parapet with corners is also appropriate. Of course, I agree that Nival was losing its mind back then, but there are also good sides: the appearance of the castle, for example. And the mages have good abilities. Of course, I agree that it would have been better to avoid the eastern theme, I don't like it either. They could have made the Titans like in Heroes 4, so they would look more like people, made the gargoyles normal, given the genies heads, and made the mages not look like old Hottabychs, but alas:( so we have to get used to it:(
Titans are certainly good in Heroes 4, but they end up looking like people with skin... almost like gods... in Heroes 3, they are more fitting, or maybe in Heroes 2.

I didn't like the Mages even in Heroes 4 (because everyone played as them). I remember asking, "Are there any non-magic factions?" And that was it. Since then, I've only played as Barbarians. However, there weren't any in Heroes 5, so I had to play as the Necropolis (a good faction, but who came up with Necromancy in patches 1.4 and 2.1?), and in "Hammers of Fate" I play as Dwarves (they're similar to Barbarians). But in "Tribes of the East," my beloved faction has returned.
I like all the races; each one has its own unique charm, and it's interesting to play as them. Well, maybe I like humans a little less than the others – besides griffons and angels, only humans, humans, humans, humans, and humans on horseback. Gnomes are also not my favorite for the same reason. I don't particularly like Barbarians either; they lack magic (although I rarely use it, but magic is, in my opinion, necessary).
