- The mayor's great-grandson... - Tiolasu hadn't met him personally, but based on what his colleagues said, the guy was quite a handful. Nevertheless, the fairy decided it was necessary to check if there were any survivors in his chamber. Finally, he asked:
- Did anyone bother you? Is everyone alright?
А, вот почему.

And in the estate, everyone was killed. Were the monsters unsuccessful, defective?

Having learned all the details about the mayor Tsonduh Siseba's house from the witch, Leroy, at the appointed time, together with a dozen monsters,

set out to fulfill his mission. The warrior and his squad had to make their way through the sewers, which were surprisingly clean.
The monsters surrounded the mayor's house and attacked from all sides. The guards were having a hard time resisting them and the zombie paladin. After several dozen corpses, Leroy reached the room guarded by a skeleton. This is the one Nirieth had told him about.

“Let’s see what you’re made of,” said Leroy, after downing a vial of precision potion, as he attacked the skeleton.

-This is the right thing to do, it's possible.
- Krailos rejoiced. - He-he, great, let's go! Oh! Look at these tomatoes! Give me three kilos!
- The mayor's great-grandson... - Tiolas hadn't met him personally, but from what his colleagues said, this guy wasn't a pleasant person. Nevertheless, the fairy decided to check if there were any survivors in his ward. Finally, he asked:
- Did anyone bother any of you? Is everyone okay?
- Thank God, no.
When Tiolas entered the ward, he found four corpses of young people and a body torn to pieces.
And everyone in the estate was killed. Were the monsters unsuccessful, defective?
And those people worked for the mayor. SO THEY ARE PARTLY TO BLAME FOR HIS SINS!

On the way back, the old man will lock him in.

Those people worked for the mayor. THEREFORE, THEY ARE PARTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS SINS!
They might not have known about the secret room, but they worked because of a good salary and the need to support a large family/pay for their parents' treatment/pay off a debt left by a deceased relative!

Thiollas realized that he could no longer help. He felt strange sensations. What kind of monsters were these, that specifically attacked a few people and left the rest alone? It seemed more like some kind of curse or revenge. In the fairy's understanding, few deserved such a fate. Whether the mayor's great-grandson deserved it or not, Thiollas couldn't judge. Hoping that the violence committed was at least partially justified, Thiollas returned and began to help restore order.
А, вот почему.

I gave him some cool gear and 25,000 skill points. Without them, he might not have made it as far in the tournament.

-- Easy match, skeleton -- crab-like, pay-to-win decides, -- said Leroy and wrote on the wall "GET REKT"
Stepping over the dead man, Leroy tried to kick the door open.

Added 3 minutes later
By the way, you forgot about damage reduction; did you not display it, or does it ignore armor?
