Since we have enough speed, let's act as I said: Emilia casts Fire Shield, and Etal attacks Tarhalas with a double wide strike, targeting guards 1 and 3.
You can attack Tarhalas and guard 1 or 3.

Let me guess: if she hadn't agreed to the "curtain call"?
If she had agreed to the "curtain call" (performing oral sex on the spermotoxic individual), she would have been sent away. But if she had refused, she would have been left in the cell for a couple of days to think about it, and then the senator would have come and taken her out.

Only you calculate Etal's combat stats, taking into account his romantic relationship.
They are initially included in his stats.

Emilia uses Fire Shield (1075/1250)
Etal moves 6 units and uses Wide Strike
Tarhalas receives 800 (380+75+345) units of damage (death)
Guard 1 receives 705 (380-25%+75+345) units of damage (95/800)
Guard 1 receives 705 (380-25%+75+345) units of damage (death)

Oh well, they weren't prepared for a grandma with a demon in her pocket and a fire shield(((

Well, let them wander around. I still need to take down some guys.

I also need to think about what to do with the administrator. On one hand, he seems like a decent guy, but on the other hand, he's a witness.

However, I assume they'll be resurrected anyway. Or does it not work that way?

Kill Tuor and finish off the guard. Then, let Etal crush the heads of Tarhalasu and Tuor. After that, run away.

I already mentioned it above. And the speed issue can be easily resolved – Etal can handle it.
