"AHAAHAHAHAHA, BLYAT"

Please take action...

Is this from Tox's post? Okay, I'll check it out.

2008.

Was Toksa banned? But he was going to organize a mafia game...

As always, I didn't manage to watch the battles. :(

There weren't any major issues there. I was told that Tox's post contained profanity, so I unblocked him, saw the profanity, remembered that I had been turning a blind eye to it for quite some time, and banned him. Perhaps I overreacted a bit, but this isn't the first time he's been banned for using profanity.

Lol.

Ah, it's hard to ignore someone you dislike. And it's especially satisfying when you can justify your actions by citing someone else's comment and the forum rules. I could easily get banned in 2017 for a random match.
It seems like almost a decade has passed, and the nepotism and irrational thinking of the moderators are a thing of the past, but the remnants of this "green disease" clearly haven't completely left the system.

Right now, I'd love to justify violating forum rules with the phrase "right now."

So there it is - I did exactly that in the post above.

I don't feel sorry for Tox himself, but I'm disgusted by the very fact of what happened and how it was done.
Well, couldn't you think a little after spending such a long time here? Just don't blame everything on the rules; we're not in that kind of relationship (I hope). But if we go down that path, then I'll ask right away - why didn't I, Loken, Nebo, Alex, and Neira get points for the same thing (and with no less regularity)? Because no one "snitched" on us? Or what?
To this, one could answer that from now on points will be awarded to everyone for everything, or say that moderator actions are not up for discussion. But the only thing that can be achieved this way is to drive the last nail into the coffin of HVshka for the sake of... What?
Does any of us need this? I think not.

I have no desire to "quarrel," but I can't help expressing my opinion on this matter. Because banning a guy nobody likes might be a simple "hee-hee" and an insignificant event for some, but for me, for example, it has considerably dampened my fighting spirit on the forum.

But if we go down that road, I'll immediately ask – why didn't I, Loken, Nebo, Alex, and Neyra receive points for the same thing (and with no less regularity)? Was it because no one "reported" us? Or how?

In my observation, the rules in this section have always been applied selectively. I've never liked that either.

We can respond to this by saying that from now on, points will be awarded to everyone for everything.

I've already suggested this to Kosha ten times, but now we need to ask her. And reports don't actually work. That is, if Kosha hadn't added Tox to the ignore list, she would have seen all of this anyway. In this regard, she is not acting entirely appropriately, in the sense that she cannot effectively perform her duties because of the ignore.

By the way, could someone send me the content of Tox's post in a private message? Just out of curiosity. I went for a walk and missed all the interesting stuff...

No, I think it happened less frequently with you, based on my observations. But honestly, I already regret banning him. Not because I feel sorry for him, but because it just looks strange.

But something else amuses me even more. When someone bans random people for fun, supposedly because they are clones of someone else, everyone turns a blind eye, because "I don't care, they're just noobs," but for some reason, they only wake up when it concerns themselves, their friends, or just regulars in the social section, which turns into a loud discussion about the validity of these actions. But this is exactly the same situation, just from a different perspective, so the blame for this "favoritism" should first be placed on themselves, and only then on the moderation. As a person who came here when most of the other members had already become close and settled in, it is obvious to me. And so, they got what they created and actively supported all these years, and in my opinion, they deserve it.
