I was just laughing today about how even in China, an outsider won't be able to get a job as long as there's a local candidate for the position, but in one of the most "patriotically" inclined countries, outsiders are displacing ordinary workers everywhere they can.
It seemed to me that locals usually apply for jobs where you don't have to work much, but they'll still pay a good salary :D Or they need to work, but as little as possible, and the salary should be as high as possible. In general, people are the same everywhere.

In Russia, people live according to Christian principles, and Christianity teaches us to help our neighbors and forgive our debtors, so we forgive other countries' debts and accept immigrants for work. Russians suffer from this, but they will be rewarded for their suffering later, so it's okay for us.
How lucky I am to be a soulless simpleton who doesn't need fancy shelves, pictures on the walls, and other things. In the end, the only worlds that matter to me are the ones I immerse myself in when I sit down at my computer, and you can buy one for almost any salary, if you want to.
They chose the right major in college. Turns out that decision you make at 18-19 is all that matters in life.
