Peasants, peasants, here you all are complaining (even though I don't have any peasants myself:smile08:). But they have to live with their big bellies and "sickly appearance":D. As for the armored units, I need to think about it...:cool: they seem to withstand attacks well, but they are still SUCH AN UGLY SIGHT!!!!:smile01:

Peasants! It's scary to look at them! Especially on the lowest settings. The rest seem fine. Archers and environment objects have a lot of detail, so they still look good.

Both angels, both peasants, a griffin, a priest, and a knight.

except for the archangel, paladin, and griffin, which are more or less okay; the others need helmets with visors.

Both are peasants, there's no saving them now...
Inquisitor. He looks better without a helmet.
Griffin rider. Poor griffin.
The swordsman could have looked a bit more appealing. I wish I could reach (how many? a few hundred?) posts already!
The rest are okay.

I vote against the militia! Where did these peasants get such fancy weapons, did they order them? Even their predecessors looked better! And these guys look like they just crawled out of a bar!

Peasants, Footmen, Imperial Griffons – it’s ridiculous, and I even forgot about Inquisitors, half of the units are from an asylum.

The most authentic peasants are in the first Heroes game. And their voice acting is great. I voted against peasants/militia.

Unfortunately, I didn't play the first Heroes game, but I still voted against Peasants. Honestly, they look like dummies during battle!

That's definitely true. Peasants are arguably the worst-looking unit in the game...
But the third-level unit is also quite intimidating!

1)Remove the bellies from the Peasants and Militia, make the Peasants' clothing look poorer, and give the Militia either a spear or a proper halberd :smile02:
But making them skinny, destitute ragamuffins as everyone suggests is going too far.
2)Archers are fine, but where did the 2nd shot for Crossbowmen go? Why are they given red clothing when everyone else has blue (some kind of outcasts)? The helmet is garbage.
3)Knights are fine
4)Griffins could be done like in 3: some yellowish and others larger with white feathers externally.
5)Cover the Monks' faces; Inquisitors are fine
6)Knights rule
7)Angels suck. The Archangel is a MAN IN A RADIANT breastplate, and generally, where have they EVER seen such Angels and Archangels? Who knows what those guys were smoking. Why on earth do they need that sword!!! A Sword of Justice and a shield look best on an Archangel. They should visit a church or an art gallery :smile09:

I agree. Peasants and militia are of no use (except for the gold from "Tax Collector")! They look more like overfed nobles than workers! Also, griffons are not very good.

Swordsmen and armored units aren't appealing... peasants are too complacent, so they're not great either... and in general, many human units wear blue clothing:mad:
