Please help me understand!

Enabling
To enable cheat codes, do the following:
1. Add the line setvar dev_console_password = schwinge-des-todes to autoexec.cfg (located in ...\Nival intractive\Heroes of Might and Magic V\profiles).
2. Add the line bind show_console '`' to input.cfg, so you can
open the console (located in C:\Documents and Settings\User Account\My Documents\My Games\Heroes of Might and Magic V\Hammers of Fate\Profiles\Profile Name).
3. Enter enable_cheats in the game console (after starting the map).
Some useful codes:
advmap <map name> – start the map
enable_cheats – enable codes on the loaded map
cheats 1 – enable codes for all single-player maps
show_adventure_cell 1 – show coordinates under the cursor
disable_map_decor 1 – disable all objects on the map
show_ai_fog 1 – show the AI's fog of war during its turn
ignore_scenario_line 1 – unlock all missions in the scenario
adventure_teleport – move the hero to the point under the cursor (assign the command in
input.cfg to a key, for example, [Ctrl]+[T]).
adventure_remove_object – remove the object under the cursor from the map (assign the command in
input.cfg to a key, for example, [Ctrl]+[D]).
fog_of_war – enable/disable fog of war (remove the object under the cursor from the map
(assign the command in input.cfg to a key, for example, [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[E]).
show_hero_mp – show the hero's movement points
show_player_money – show the hero's resources
add_army – give an army to the hero
add_money – add resources to the hero
add_gold – add gold to the hero
advance_time - advance by n days
add_exp – add experience to the hero
add_hero_skill – add a skill to the hero
add_all_spells – add all possible spells to the hero
set_hero_luck_morale – set the hero's luck and morale
Actually, it's not fair to read this, and all of this is actually written in the map editor documentation (at least in the licensed version).
