Dbatt and someone who looks like Stinger are playing. The match is beautiful, and from my newbie perspective, it's very interesting, but... yesterday, Stinger himself appeared in the VK comments and said that he didn't play and doesn't even know who Dbatt is. When Armag asked Dbatt what was going on, he replied that he must have been tricked :D Now it's interesting to find out what really happened. We can dismiss the "trick" option as nonsense; either someone played under someone else's nickname for some reason, and Dbatt played along, or it was a staged event. But why, just to get some publicity? It seems like an even bigger absurdity! The situation seems funny enough to be posted in this thread :o
I saw this video mentioned on VK, but I didn't watch it. I was immediately surprised by the presence of Stinger. Now everything makes sense. However, I'm not really surprised... I just feel sorry for the honest and noble Dbatt, who was "tricked" :smile40:

So much for trusting players after this :) The video has been on the channel for six months and is ruining my reputation. On top of that, I even commented on the game itself after downloading it. I'll have to change the video title and re-record the commentary... Well, at least it's all out in the open now - better late than never. I did have some doubts, but since Dbat had games with many players from HeroesWorld, I didn't pay it much attention, and the opponent's early-game Castle build also dispelled any extra concerns.
Benis asked what games I had seen that were more or less even - I recommended this one. And here's the twist in the end :)
Dbat himself said he was set up, apparently. Although he said that this opponent paid him for the loss. He says people already treat him badly, and now it'll get even worse. In short, it's a shady business.
