Additional rules:

1) Jeremy doesn't level up artillery, Luna doesn't level up fire magic, and logistics specialists don't level up logistics. Leveling up as the last skill is allowed when all other expert skills are maxed out. If a monk advances a skill, then it is allowed. Dungeon is allowed.
2) Each player has one subjective restart on level 111.
3) Each player bans one hero. The player who guesses the coin bans the hero first. If the banned hero appears in the tavern with an army on level 111, then it is a technical restart. Buying the banned hero is prohibited during the first week. Dungeon is allowed.
