Tournaments will be held on the Heroes IV — Equilibris 3.51 version. No third-party modifications are allowed.

World Championship 2012 has a classic Playoff structure. The size of the bracket depends on the number of registered players.

September 21: registration opens, publication of regulations and rules of the tournament, software, list of organizers, judges, and maps of the tournament.
October 11: registration closes, results of the draw are published.
October 12: championship starts.

Each round of the World Championship is given 14 calendar days (2 pairs of weekends).

Wanderer, we need to add a "Skype" field to next year's registration form, because there's a group of people who immediately switch to Skype instead of using ICQ/AIM/Miranda/Jabber. And judging by other gaming disciplines, foreigners are also actively using Skype.
