This is a chrono-legionnaire from Red Alert 2. Tesla is different.

I was actually going to point out how unique it is. I thought it was fan art.

They will finally feel the flames
Flames that run down through my veins
I will make this city burn
We're not planning to return

Vis, that's enough. Here's a screenshot of the Chronos art for Tesla.

It's official art; it appears as the background when you finish a skirmish for the Haven faction, and the statistics are displayed on it.

I meant – it doesn’t resemble a Tesla Trooper. I haven’t played as Haven for a very long time, so I don’t remember the images of the Chrono Legionnaire.

He's kind of dancing the Jagga-Jagga.

By the way, in Reborn there's a Chrono-Commander who can obliterate anyone with a single shot.

What kind of crappy mod is that in the screenshot? Where's the real RA2?

Who's still around? And the chrono commando is also present in the original Red Alert 2. But you should also have some fun and flirt with girls in your free time.

Actually, yes, but a seal is a naval unit, while a commando is a universal one. So, "commandos" is indeed the more accurate term, as it is in the game.

Seal is a unit. A Seal with a chronopack is a chronoseal. And it's not universal at all; Chrono-Ivan is more powerful and versatile.
Besides, Lizard was talking about some kind of Chrono-Commander.
