Posts from Error 1.22.100: Unable to access the database.

Hello everyone, I decided to play Heroes 5: Tribes of the East again after a rather long break, but I encountered an error: "1.22.100 failed to connect to the database." I didn't have this issue a year ago. I have a valid license key, and the initialization process completes successfully. However, when it asks me to enter my login and password, this error appears. I have allowed all actions in the firewall. My operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64x, and I have checked versions 3.0 and 3.1. If anyone can help, I would be very grateful!

The same error has been occurring since yesterday. I think the server is glitching; hopefully, they will fix this error.

I also haven't been able to log in to Ubisoft for 3 days; it shows error 1.22.100.

I can’t log in to any account; it shows error 0.2.0. What’s the point of it working if I can’t even log in? What should I do?

Error 0.2.0 - the checksum of the game database does not match.

There may be several reasons for this:
- your version of the game does not match the version of the player who created the game you are trying to join (either they have version 3.0, or you have version 3.0; in this case, you need to install patch 3.1);
- either you or they have a mod installed in the game folder in the UserMODs directory;
- move all maps from the Maps directory in the game folder to another location. The standard maps will still be available for play (this sometimes helps).

Thank you, it helped. I deleted the maps and the mod. But before the server malfunction, it worked.
