Sorry for the late reply, but I just registered and happened to see this topic. Here's how you transfer a hero to an allied player (whether it's the computer or a real player): The receiving player (the one you want to transfer the hero to) must have any of their heroes lie in ambush in their castle (any castle). You must bring the hero you want to transfer to that same castle. Lead him there and press the spacebar. If you do the same thing in your own castle with your two heroes, they will simply switch places. But in the allied player's castle, after this operation, both heroes will belong to the allied player.
