After some thought, I decided to reject the "English" exit option, considering it disrespectful to those with whom I fought alongside and tried to create beautiful games together as much as possible.
1 I'm stopping playing, possibly temporarily (I'll definitely play when I'm retired, I promise :)). I deleted my ICQ. With such an inadequate policy of "coordination" and censorship, and most importantly, the toothless and irresponsible dragging out of obvious necessary harsh measures against proven and documented cheating - I lose my motivation to act, there's no point. The positivity and relaxation I came here for is gone. If you will, this is how I express my civic stance. The options of moving to other forums that I initially considered - I dismissed them for myself - after all, HeroesWorld is like my first love :).
2 Regarding the ban - the ban itself doesn't matter to me personally, as someone correctly noted, I didn't "stress" about it (not bravado) - what's alarming is that anyone could have been in my place...
3 Regarding coordination - I personally have nothing against Hacker (I'm not even sure if he was the one who banned me, it doesn't matter) - but I still believe that in this situation he showed significant professional incompetence, unsuitability for his position - and that's bad, it harms the cause. It's easy to destroy a carefully nurtured atmosphere of trust and family-like closeness in an online game (where ambitions clash, and where, by definition, dishonest play is a fairly accessible path) - but much harder to restore. The fact that he made the decision to leave his post himself - that's a manly act, respect!
But we need to systematically prevent in some way such possible unceremonious interference in the discussion and resolution of those Heroes 3 problems that require a collective opinion. This is a necessary (though obviously insufficient) condition for once again achieving that unique atmosphere that attracted me and was admired by many Heroes players from other resources. Otherwise, another "nasty boy" might come along and break everything :). Specifically - in the council of experts, I would like to see Wbn (wise), Mizraiel (extremely correct and objective), LeBron (someone needs to be sharp in deeds and words :)).

to Dirty - I understand you've been given some authority, IMO, you're starting to go bad, don't - don't follow Neo's example, it's possible to fulfill duties and remain human. Regarding the prize for our tournament, it's still on - I have 100 bucks ready (not a huge amount of money, but still...), distribute it as you see fit - I think, besides the top places, it should go to the best analysis... but decide for yourself. (I wanted to make this a surprise at the award ceremony, but circumstances forced me.)
to TaKo - a man who served two years in Vorkuta in Spetsnaz units and is the head of a family - it's pathetic to be in a "depressed state," especially because of a ban, what nonsense..)).
to Djede- it's not good, don't cheat, I can answer for myself - I've never cheated even once and I'm still alive)
to Invizible- you still haven't removed me from ignore, you little rascal))).
5 Last (but not least) - I'm touched, truly, by the attitude of the forum guys, that everyone stood up as a united front in defense - that gives hope for the restoration of the spirit of goodwill and family-like closeness!

Valera forgot to mention me – in many episodes, let’s just say, I didn’t support your active life stance, thinking that it was sometimes excessively active. Maybe I’m wrong. But that didn’t prevent us from enjoying playing and communicating in the game. Think about it – you don’t have any enemies on the forum. The person who banned you is no longer relevant. I’m sure that after this incident with the cheaters, they will be dealt with promptly and there will be no reason to spread negativity. The goals of the fight, even if they are intermediate, have been achieved. You don’t seem to hold any grudges against anyone. So why put a cross on yourself? :)

Don't take Neo as an example; it's possible to fulfill your duties and remain a decent person. First of all, no one gave me any authority, and I don't need it. That's one thing. I will bring your tournament to an end – no problem. It's a pity that the participants don't seem to care about it... But that's not your fault...

Regarding censorship, I believe it should exist, and not like on Bay, where open insults are the norm!

P.S.: Leaving is just another way to show your weakness... I don't understand this position...

    I actually don't understand the reason for your departure either... Maybe I just didn't see all the deleted posts. But it's everywhere... What can you do... You can't go against the management... Tomorrow is kind of a holiday for me, something like a birthday, a registration anniversary. Why did I come here? I, like most people here, have been playing Heroes for about 10 years. I used to beat the AI, relatives, friends, and neighbors. And then unlimited mode appeared. I wanted to test my skills at a higher level. I registered to play a few times. And unexpectedly, I found myself in a great team. Here, people not only played but also lived, valued, and respected each other, argued, quarreled, and made up, shared experiences, and got upset together... Virtual nicknames gradually turned into wonderful people:
Javdet -> Roma, my constant rival and awesome teammate, restrained and witty; Dubrovin Pavel -> Pasha, crystal clear honest and extremely decent; invisible -> Sergey, quick-tempered and a bit of a swearer, but always sincere (I was a little offended by him a couple of times, but when I needed help or advice, I went to him, and I always got it); Nagan-4 -> Yegor, an excellent captain, fair and wise (I whined to him, and he wiped my tears); ewgeniy -> Zhenya, kind and gentle, probably even too kind; LeBron -> Dima, a sharp mega-monster with a sociable and easy-going personality; loi -> Valera, full of energy... I can't list everyone, sorry for not mentioning those I forgot, I have over 100 contacts on ICQ now...
I'm not very sociable, and I don't have time to participate in all the discussions, but I've been following the life on HW closely. I was trusted to defend the honor of HW in inter-portal tournaments. I didn't play for an abstract website located somewhere in the virtual world, or for myself, but for the team and the fans, for those I met here. My best games were these. I was most happy with the congratulations on these victories, I always looked at the comments that boosted morale and was proud that I was one of them. I perceived the successes and failures of my teammates as my own. (In general, there's a lot to remember... But what will a cheater remember about his time on HW?)

I completely agree with Loi! Dirty clearly has enough wisdom, but it's a pity that Neo doesn't notice obvious things and doesn't want to listen to anyone :( .

Loi, I may not be one of the Knights of the Online game, but please don't be too harsh.
