= there is a theory that in the 4th dimension, one can "step" through space, analogous to how it works in three dimensions. Imagine a plane (2D) with a line, and a point needs to reach the other side of the line. However, it cannot do this by moving within the plane, as the line is infinite. But if we introduce a third dimension (height), we can easily solve this problem by having the point jump over the line. Similarly, we can "jump" through space by transitioning to the 4th dimension. So, I think we can save ourselves from the end of the world if we discover it.
