In general, I've tried a lot of things for the 4th game. Gameranger, Game Spy, Toongle. And in general, 90% of the time it depends on the internet connection of the opponents. If both have a good connection, then there will be no problems. With Toongle and Game Spy, there are quite a few complications; Ranger is simpler, but requires some "manipulations" with the file name if you want to play on a LAN.

In my opinion, with the exception of some relatively rare cases, Hamachi is sufficient for the game. Just don't update it to version 2.0.1.3 (or something like that) (Log me in Hamachi). At least, it worked very unstable for me.

Hamachi is great, but it has limitations on the number of users in a network. And in Garena, you can have a large group of people crowded in one room.

In Ranger, for example, there are no such restrictions at all. In Garena... well, perhaps there aren't any for Heroes. The limit of 225 (or 235) players is difficult to overcome.
