As is well known, in 1986, one of the most disastrous events in the history of the USSR and the post-Soviet space occurred. The Chernobyl disaster.
In 1999, the so-called information disaster occurred when the Win95.CIH virus caused damage to the hard drives of personal computers around the world.
Both events occurred on April 26th. Of course, it is most likely that this is just a coincidence. On the other hand, 13 years passed between these events, and they occurred on the same day of the same month. Perhaps the Win95.CIH virus was someone's evil prank?

According to the Mayan calendar, the end of the world should come in 2012, that is, 13 years after the information disaster, and I hope they are wrong...

Well, you don't need to hope for the end of the world – it was predicted a long time ago for the millennium – as you can see, nothing happened...
And regarding the Maya – they had several calendars, that's one thing, and secondly, the Maya couldn't even predict the end of their own civilization; they believed that stones turned into jaguars at night... I don't think there's any need to worry :)

Come on, what are you talking about? The end of the world will come on the day when Easter is before Christmas – on that day, on a Thursday, when it rains, a crab will climb the mountain, start whistling, and tie its shoelaces:smile04: :D ))
