Hello, dear forum members! I have the following question: There is a standard map from SOD, the "Plague Lake". You start playing against two AI opponents - purple and blue. My goal is to complete this map faster than 3 months, 3 weeks, and 5 days on 200% difficulty. I can beat the record only if I get "Dimension Door" or "Flight" in the Grand Magus (GM) skill. But no matter how many different factions and Castles I try, these spells only appear for the purple player. The peculiarity of this map is that the path to the purple player's Castles goes through a garrison with 24 Rusty and 6 Azure creatures. I haven't been able to complete it faster than 3 months, 3 weeks, and 5 days, but I really want to, probably only with the "Flight" (level 5 Air magic) and "Dimension Door" spells. So, the main question: Is there some kind of conspiracy in the fact that only "Dimension Door" and "Flight" appear for the purple player, because I've replayed it about 50 times with different Castles, and I haven't gotten "Dimension Door" or "Flight" in 10 out of 14 Castles (4 Castles for the purple player, guarded by a difficult garrison, 3 Castles at the beginning for me and the blue player, and 4 neutral Castles near the lake). I've studied a lot of tables - they show that the probability of "Dimension Door" and "Flight" appearing is about 13-20 percent, depending on the faction. How can I explain the fact that for the red (me) and blue (weak AI) players, and in the neutral Castles, "Dimension Door" or "Flight" has NEVER appeared, not even once in about 50 attempts, but it appears every second or third attempt for the purple player??? I didn't see anything banned in the editor, because you can't specify that these spells should only appear for the purple player. It's an interesting situation. If I explained it poorly, ask questions. If I generalize a lot - HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that "Dimension Door" and "Flight" only appear for the purple player, regardless of which factions are involved, and more often when the purple player is using the Rampart? I even set all Castles to Tower and even with a library in 6 out of 6 Castles, "Dimension Door" and "Flight" didn't appear even once in 4 attempts. The pack is standard - SOD.
