Hello everyone, I've encountered a problem.
Forest Archers with a shield, granting a +5% bonus to initiative (resulting in an exact initiative of 11.549999978), move later than neutral archers with exactly 9 initiative (considering the maximum roll on the ATB scale, their initiative becomes 11.25).
The executable file has been checked (the variance is 0-0.25, the creatures' initiative is set correctly, and the bonus from artifacts has not been changed).
One possibility is that we are calculating the ATB scale incorrectly, and the turn order in the first "round" is determined by which stacks return to position 1 on the ATB scale faster.
Example: Let's say orcs with an initiative of 11 and elven archers with an initiative of 10 are participating in the battle. If they started their "race" on the inner ATB scale from the beginning, then, of course, the orcs would finish first. But let's say the initial variance places the orcs at point 0 (the very beginning of the round) and the elves at point 10. Then, as you can easily understand, the orcs will not be able to make up the difference by the end of the first round. Indeed, the elven archers need to run 90 meters to reach the finish line. They will do this in 90/10 = 9 seconds. In that time, the orcs will run 9*11 = 99 meters. As a result, after 9 seconds, the orcs will be at point 0+99 = 99, and the elven archers will be at point 10+90 = 100, i.e., they will complete the full round first and gain the right to move. And the elven archers with an initiative of 10 will go before the orcs with an initiative of 11.
