How much experience is awarded exactly?
Does a group encounter count as one, or is experience awarded for each partner?
Is experience awarded for an encounter with a character of the same gender?
It depends on what happens (or doesn't happen) behind closed doors.

Niche 2.0 probably won't be very popular because it's party-based content. They should have made party niches back then.
Well, there will be a peaceful specialization. Besides, you can always offer Niche to a wealthy employer to get a higher payment.
It depends on what is (not) happening behind the scenes.
And what does that mean? If you're in the dark under the covers with your loved one, you get less experience, but if you're in the light with a group of guys, you get more? Or vice versa?

Suddenly, Nebok wanted to pop into a brothel for a couple of hours, spending five minutes in each room and coming out refreshed.

He'll be conquering maidens while we conquer enemies.

Be strong. Believe

So, what does that mean? Does having less experience happen when you're in the dark under a blanket with your loved one, but more experience happens when you're in the light with a group of guys?
Yes. Look for Minotaurs and increase your flexibility for maximum efficiency.

Haha. I've got an idea. How about Nishi-sensei? What do you think? Sounds good, right? We need a teacher, don't we?)))

will defeat maidens, as long as we defeat enemies
There, a slightly different build is needed:
Telos
+1 to attractiveness for each unit of strength and +1 to attractiveness for each unit of endurance if the character's beauty is 6 or higher [5]
Shahrazad
✦ Attractiveness roll*2 against will roll in dialogue, if successful, makes the selected character of the opposite sex fall in love (mental effect).

Ahah. I came up with something. How about Nishi-sensei? What do you think? It would be good, right? A teacher is needed, right? х)))
If he teaches the others philosophy, it would be good.

I think I'll take a teacher, a philosopher, and a linguist. So I can communicate with non-humans ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

and a linguist. So that it would be possible to communicate with non-humans ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I expected a different joke about a linguist, but this one will do.

just scientists and supports, who will fight?
Why fight? I'll gain experience and pass it on to you...
Diplomat
A successful Diplomacy skill check against a static value in a well-structured dialogue can convince opponents to surrender without a fight if their forces are weaker or approximately equal [4].
What is a static value, and what does it depend on?
What does "in a well-structured dialogue" mean?
