For those who don't know or haven't heard, here's a brief explanation: Vaskelovo is the place where we gather annually and hold the open championship of St. Petersburg in Heroes and a semi-open championship in poker :D

This year, the dates are November 2-4.
The tournament starts on November 2, approximately at 5:00 PM (if possible, even earlier).
The approximate cost of accommodation will be 4000, which includes accommodation, bed linen, firewood, and renting an additional room so that nothing distracts the participants from the game.
The main version of the tournament will be SoD, but if both parties agree, Hota will also be played. I also allow the possibility of using the CNG format, where some templates are played on SoD, some on Hota, and then a draw is held.
Regarding food: we usually buy groceries together (including several boxes of beer). The local chef, Tamerlan, cooks excellent pilaf, kebabs, and shurpa, and then we divide the total cost among everyone – the food costs about 2.5k, as the total cost of the purchase is usually 50-55k.
Strong alcoholic beverages are purchased independently, as I don't know who and how much everyone is going to drink. :)
What else... yes, a minibus... if necessary, we will hire a minibus.
