Rhemic Empire (2) Auto-translated

One-Eye went to ask Thairia for an advance payment for the mission, justifying his request with the need for thorough preparation for the operation, which would require significant expenses.

Tiary gives One-Eye 100,000 to cover the needs of all group members.

Noticing that Elrine was now having an even harder time than she was, Alaria cautiously approached her friend and placed a hand on her shoulder. "You couldn't have helped them in any way. If you had decided to stay, there would have been one more corpse," the tanari's voice was unusually quiet, "they wouldn't have wanted that. We all knew what we were getting into. That we might die. That's just the nature of our job. The best thing we can do now is finish the job we started. Their killers will get what they deserve."

-Yes, I guess that's true. And yet... it doesn't make things any easier.
Elrina paused for a moment.
-Perhaps only time and experience can help one come to terms with this. But, honestly, I can't imagine how anyone can stay calm with such a job. And I don't even know if I want to.
She sighed wearily and shook her head.
-Never mind. Thank you, Alaria. I don't know what I would do without your support. We really can't afford to waste any more time. Let's finish this cursed task as soon as possible.

“Time heals all wounds. In my experience, I’ve seen even worse cases,” the Tanarrian woman thought, memories from three years ago resurfacing in her mind. The shocked face of Fiver Belring, surrounded by the corpses of his friends and loved ones, probably still refusing to accept the grim reality. “However, now is not the time for stories. Let’s go.”
Completing the quest.

Noticing that Elrine was now having an even harder time than she was, Alaria cautiously approached her friend and placed a hand on her shoulder.

And give her a hug?

Maybe I'm just overthinking it, but considering that the mentor character died for the third time, people would probably be more amused by the situation than feel grief, as in books and movies.

If I were playing as an Araid, I would do the same!

-- Excellent.
For the mission, One-Eye decided to take Halmaldir, Sena, Zima, and Leon. The group's total expenses were as follows:
One-Eye buys a fourth-generation enhancer (60,000), the "Passion" (4,000) and "Health" (4,000) upgrades, 3 azure powders, which he consumes in the shortest possible safe time (1,500), 3 amethyst cartridges, 10 quartz, and 6 ruby cartridges (through Astel) (1,450), and 5 succubus extracts, distributing one to each member of the group. (75,950)
The total money was spent as follows:
Zima receives One-Eye's old enhancer and the "Health" upgrade (4,000)
Sena is given a second-generation enhancer and the "Insight" and "Colossus" upgrades (15,000)
Leon is given a third-generation enhancer and the "Darkness," "Health," and "Aquilon" upgrades (37,000)
Through Astel, camellia tea, 8 cups, is purchased (6,000)
"Elixir of Life" x5 is purchased (10,000), and one is given to each member of the group.
Mana potions x10 are purchased (10,000). 6 are given to One-Eye, and 4 to Halmaldir.
The total is 82,000. The remaining 18,000 + 1,000 from Sena's purse and 19,000 remaining with Halmaldir were spent on a "Flaming Heart," which the latter received.

Having gathered the team, One-Eye explained the essence of the task, ordered everyone to sort out the appropriate equipment, and drink tea, however strange this requirement might seem. Just in case, Zima was given a "Corundum" with 10 cartridges.
-- If we fail this mission after spending all this money, it will be a disaster, so we must do everything possible, and even more -- said One-Eye instead of a motivational speech. Yeah, Jack could have motivated his subordinates better... -- We don't know what this celery needs and how everything works, so we'll make a plan on the spot. If you're ready, let's go.

And Jail was supposed to upgrade "Justice."

Revan probably wouldn't have forgotten about my enhancer either).

Can be bought, possibly in batches of 10 (10,000). 6 are given to One-Eye, 4 to Halmaldir.

Do you want to pump up your vampire with drugs?

If you're asking from the perspective of whether it's possible or impossible to play at this moment, I'll answer right away: it doesn't make sense. The next quest is a general one, and everyone will get there; Arita just did it first.

Okay, since the quest is general, I'll continue playing as Arita and complete it.

Since Coleus Bright left no other means of contact besides Altina, Elrine, and Alaria had to try their luck at the capital's police station. The acting police chief informed them that Coleus was still outside the empire and it was impossible to contact him. He connected them with one of his subordinates, who then collected the intelligence and delivered the promised reward.
