Greetings to all fans of HoMM III.

I wasn't entirely satisfied with the quality of the translation (except for the graphics) and fonts in SuperPack_Rus, so I decided to assemble my own localization plugin for HD Mod (MegaPack_Rus), which combines all the advantages of the SoD and Complete translations from Buka, fixes their flaws, and supplements the translation with useful reference information.

The translation from "Complete" was used as a basis, which was subsequently significantly modified and expanded.
Some elements were taken from the FizMiG_v.2.2 + HotA manual, as well as other sources.

Features:
- fixes graphical glitches in the Russian localizations of SoD and Complete by Buka;
- fixes all overlapping or cut-off text;
- significantly corrects and expands the text translation of the Complete version;
- fixes all errors in the text translation of SoD and SuperPack;
- supplements the original translation with useful reference information;
- can be used as a localization for any language version;
- maximally adapted to the Russian language (many phrases and sentences have been reworked);

Main Changes:
- GENRLTXT.TXT and CRTRAITS.TXT have been adjusted for full localization of any language version;
- restored more accurate and, for many, more familiar town names ("Bastion" -> "Rampart", "Stronghold" -> "Stronghold", "Colony" -> "Conflux", "Necropol" -> "Necropolis");
- restored upgraded buildings with the prefix "Ul." (while there is an option to return buildings with double names);
- instead of Elder's House, Town Hall, and Magistrate, there are now Village Administration, Prefecture, and Municipality (with the option to restore previous names);
- secondary skill tiers have been replaced with "Basic", "Advanced", and "Expert" levels;
- improved translation of some buildings and units;
- improved and expanded translation of unit abilities;
- improved translation of some objects;
- fully reworked names and descriptions of secondary skills;
- fully reworked names and descriptions of spells;
- fully reworked names and descriptions of artifacts;
- fully reworked description of hero specializations;
- many other minor fixes and improvements (morale -> combat spirit, magic book -> spellbook, etc.);
- fixed the small font (TINY_FONT). Now numbers do not merge and letters do not overlap;
- replaced the peculiar small font (SMAL_FONT);
- medium font (MED_FONT), as the most successful, was left unchanged;
- fixed the large font (BIG_FONT) from "Complete". By reducing the distance between characters, readability and capacity of the font have improved.

Based on the existing translation, a translation was made for all add-ons, chronicles, as well as the unofficial continuation of the series - HotA.

I really liked the localization, thank you. It's well done.

After this Russian localization, Hota 1.5.4 stopped launching.

For HotA, this localization isn't even necessary – it already has its own proper translation.

What is the difference between?

Could you please tell me how I can edit certain names myself? What program should I use to open the h3sprite.lod file? Or is there another way to do it? I would like to change some of the names to my liking.
