HIFAD (Heroes Are For Everyone) - a FullAshan reboot. The mod has been made more high-quality, unnecessary elements have been removed, many hero features have been taken into account, and all heroes for which I could find information have been added. Now there are 828 of them. If you have any information about the existence of a hero from the Might and Magic strategy series that is not in my mod, please let me know. In future updates, each hero will have unique models.
Suggestions for improving portraits, models, biographies, etc. are welcome.
Materials from other mods were used in the creation of the mod: KC, SOS, NM, EWA, HSW, RTF, SM, NHF, UHM, NCF. Thanks to the creators of the mods: sylan, Menelag, sfidanza, Psatkha, Hayven, atlant108, Dyrman, WizardNazyr, fktifzobr@mail.ru for their work and for allowing the use of their materials.
Update 07.05.2017: visible bugs have been removed, the skills of many heroes have been revised, and duplicate heroes have been removed. Now many heroes may seem too strong, because if a hero participated in several parts, his skills and characteristics are summed up (accumulated experience). Models have been replaced with standard ones until the next update. The flags of the standard campaign heroes (Godric, Gotay, Zehir) change depending on the color. The mod is much smaller in size and has pure functionality.

How could there not have been racial skills in Heroes of Might and Magic III? There was one: Necromancy.

No, in WoG there was a glitch where a Knight learned Necromancy and raised skeletons.

There were a lot of interesting things in Voge. Things that were just mind-blowing, especially for the Heroes series in general and Heroes III in particular. But here, we're talking about the good old classics.

No one is talking about Necromancers. The others don't have any.

Redesigned King Duncan. In my opinion, this looks better.

Should Minotaur heroes be given horses/dragons, or should they run around on foot?

Redesigned King Duncan. In my opinion, it looks better this way.

Show the side view, otherwise it's not clear what the result is! :smile29:

By the way, the unicorn should be silver on a cornflower blue background! And apply the highlight only to the unicorn!

Regarding the reflection and unicorn, is it a significant issue?
When Duncan finishes the movement, the horse slightly pops out from under him, but then returns. Is this a major bug?

When Duncan finishes moving, the horse slightly pops out from under him, but then returns to its original position. Is this a major bug?

This is a huge oversight; we could definitely work on combining them! :smile29:

By the way, why don't you want to retexture the standard horse with armor and a blue surcoat?!

Because if we're going to make Duncan look majestic, it would be better on a horse like that – the horse from Kreigh doesn't really fit his imperial rank! :smile13:

Is the glow and unicorn concept non-negotiable?

I think it would look more stylish, otherwise, it's like a unicorn with unconventional preferences!

This is a huge mistake; you could, of course, get creative with combining them! :smile29:

By the way, why don't you want to retexture the standard horse into one wearing armor and a blue surcoat?!

Because if you're going to make Duncan look majestic, it would be better on a horse like that – the horse from Krei doesn't really fit his imperial rank! :smile13:

It seems more stylish in my mind; otherwise, it's like some kind of non-traditional unicorn!
All of this is very complicated, as I've tried to master your tutorial with latnik 9 times, but I always get an error. It's better to leave it as it is.

If I'm not mistaken, it requires Alias Maya version 6.0, which is quite difficult to find these days. Long searches on the internet did not yield any results, but I must admit that the guide from the respected psatkha is written very clearly, if only there were links to all the necessary components...

In my opinion, Duncan should be given a different horse, like the other Knight heroes, by recoloring the fabric from blue to green, and instead of griffins on the armor, unicorns should be drawn. The armor from Laszlo would also fit, but it should be made gray. The cloak can remain unchanged (left red), and as for the sword in his hand, it can be taken from the original Duncan.

The mod development is complete because I realized that I am not the right person to create mods. Anyone who wants to can use my materials as they see fit.

What should Erebus look like? I'm just not sure if it's displaying correctly for me.
