Greetings to hardcore gamblers Heroes lovers at the annual Siberia Championship :smile54:


Dates: 3.01-7.01 2017.

And don't let the dates confuse you! After all, this is Siberia, so the local "cotton-rollers" are holding the tournament late to count it toward the 2016 season

Venue: base 15km from Gorno-Altaysk

Cottage with 15 sleeping spots, a large hall for our get-togethers. If additional spots are needed, there are a couple of heated cabins with up to 6 sleeping spots each

As you can see, the setting is without unnecessary frills, but very comfortable and homey. The base is also conveniently located for various entertainment venues, which will be listed below.

Expenses:

Tournament entry fee: 777 rubles
Accommodation: 700-900 rubles per day (small changes possible depending on the number of visitors)
Food: 3 meals a day, very tasty and made with soul :smile44: approx 400-700 without alcohol. It will be cooked by an excellent chef and my good friend Amadu :smile01: Those who were at Novokuznetsk-2014 know him ;)
Total budget, excluding travel, is around 6134-7286 rubles.

Heroes of Might and Magic 3:

Tournament format: Olympic for 8 or 16 people, 4 rounds. (Siberian Hardcore)
Heroes version: SoD 3.2 + HD
Templates and rules will be detailed later (stay tuned for updates). By mutual agreement, HotA is allowed

Entertainment (all paid separately):

1) For those who love to dive into the world of gambling, we will spend evenings playing poker; of course, the now-traditional poker tournament will not be overlooked!

2) For those wanting something hotter, a trip will be organized to the only legal casino in Siberia, "Altay Palace" ( http://www.altaipalace.ru/ ), located 15km from the base.

3) For those who want more than just "rolling cotton," a trip will be organized to the "Biryuzovaya Katun" ski resort (about 20km from the base). The resort offers a wide range of ski equipment for rent: alpine skis, snowboards. An instructor is available for beginners: individual and group training.

4) For fishing enthusiasts, winter fishing on the pond, located just 3 km from the base, is perfect. Dust :smile23: :smile20: :smile12:

5) For those who want to relax not only in soul but also in body, a trip to the entertainment venues of our glorious little town will be organized :smile26:

6) On the base territory, there is a great sauna with an ice hole, which is a kind of local landmark! Ah, great company, and after the sauna, tasting some mead made from super-natural Altai honey! :smile20:

Ivan, you did it, I think this will be the best Siberian championship! I probably won't be able to support you in person. But I advise everyone to visit; Ivan was very enthusiastic about it at CIS-2016, and knowing the spirit of Siberians, I think it will be great! If anything changes, I'll crawl to you, even if I have to wear out my shoes! By the way, Dust is definitely coming; he swore and no excuses will be accepted, even though I won't be there!

I've described everything so well that I already want it, although I doubt I'll be able to get it.

Second. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, I will definitely participate. A minibus for the Novosibirsk players! Now it's impossible without it :D. I will submit the application in the established format after the St. Petersburg M200 (I don't know about the laptop yet).

There seems to be an S7 flight to Gorno-Altaysk via Moscow, and even a direct flight back to St. Petersburg.

I don't want a car; I want a minibus! ;)

I wouldn't want to drive my own car; it's better to use BlaBlaCar and public transport! We'll look at the guest list and decide closer to the date.

I couldn't find such a flight. It seems better to fly to Novosibirsk, and then take a minibus with the locals :) if they don't mind...
