Updated the Strategy Principles and Cheat Sheet, adding the "new" index to the title (I didn't create a version number because I don't plan to update it further). The changes affected the following:
1. Changed the structure of the sections, arranging them in a more logical order. Added new sections (Strategy, Allies, Various Tactical Situations), merged or split some sections, and renamed some.
2. Edited the information and descriptions, removed unnecessary and repetitive content, and added explanations for things that were not clearly understood. Removed descriptions of non-functional, unclear, and fabricated bugs.
3. Added new information, changes, and clarifications, as information from some seemingly reliable sources did not correspond to reality. I had to additionally test some unclear and contradictory information. I also found various minor errors and typos, both taken from external sources and made by myself. I won't list all the changes in detail.

I decided to add a reference guide to the downloads section. It might be more accessible for general use.
