Yeah, better replace it with a gargoyle.

First, the nightstand. In Heroes 3, the gargoyle was quite good (take it!). Then come the genies – I would remove them. And I would arrange them like this: titans – level 7, nagas – level 6, rakshasas – level 5, mages – level 4, golems – level 3, then gargoyles and gremlins.

And the abilities are the same. Rakshasas have some kind of charge that it's unclear what it does...

Instead of genies, you could use Rocs! After all, Rocs were used by mages in the early days of this faction (in Might and Magic II). And they would look good in the flying city...
